At Vaid Aushadhi, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and business integrity.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Incorrect product delivered

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or consumed products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delay caused by courier beyond our control

3. Return Request Window

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Proof Requirement

To process your return request, you must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
  • Clear images of the product and packaging
  • Order ID and contact details

Claims without proper proof may be rejected.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

To prevent misuse of COD services:

  • Orders refused at delivery may lead to COD restrictions on future orders
  • Repeated fake or non-serious orders may result in account blocking
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of refusal

6. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

7. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any misuse of products or health-related outcomes. Results may vary depending on individual conditions and usage.
