Fair Cancellation
At Vaid Aushadhi, we understand that plans can change. However, to maintain operational efficiency and prevent misuse, we follow a structured cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch — whichever is earlier.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact our support team with your Order ID via email or phone.
3. Refund on Cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
To prevent misuse of COD services:
- Frequent cancellations may result in COD being disabled for your account
- We may require prepaid confirmation for future orders
- High-risk orders may be automatically cancelled or verified before processing
5. Orders Cancelled After Dispatch
If an order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery:
- Shipping charges will not be refunded
- Additional handling or return shipping costs may be deducted
- Such behavior may lead to account restrictions
6. Right to Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Bulk or reseller-type orders
- Incorrect pricing or stock errors
- Serviceability issues
7. Limitation
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
